Third Lake Development has broken ground on Centro Storage at Pooler Parkway, a climate-controlled self-storage facility in Pooler, GA.
The facility will include approximately 88,579 square feet of rentable space and 772 units ranging from 5x5 to 10x36 feet. The property will offer secure, climate-controlled units that protect valuables from temperature and humidity fluctuations.
