Third Lake Development announced that Jamie Telchin has joined the firm as President of Multifamily, where he will oversee the continued growth and execution of the Third Lake Development’s multifamily platform. Jamie Telchin brings more than 25 years of real estate development experience and has led the development and redevelopment of projects representing approximately $3 billion in total capitalization across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, luxury residential, hospitality, medical and mixed-use developments.
In his role, Jamie Telchin will be responsible for advancing Third Lake Development's multifamily strategy, including sourcing new development opportunities, guiding projects through entitlement and development, and helping expand the firm's presence in high-growth markets throughout the Sun Belt.
