President of Multifamily
Jamie Telchin is president of multifamily at Third Lake Development, where he leads the origination, acquisition, entitlement and execution of Third Lake Development’s multifamily pipeline. He oversees projects from site sourcing through delivery, with a focus on strategic growth and disciplined project execution. Jamie also serves on Third Lake Development’s investment committee.
Jamie has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, having led the development and redevelopment of over $3 billion in total capitalization across multifamily, luxury residential, hospitality, medical and mixed-use projects.
