Chief Executive Officer
Luke Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer of Third Lake Development, where he oversees the firm's strategic direction, investment activities, and development operations across its real estate platform. As a member of Third Lake Development's Investment Committee, Luke plays a key role in evaluating, structuring, and approving investment opportunities across multifamily, build-to-rent, self-storage, and other real estate asset classes throughout the Southeastern United States. He also serves as manager of Third Lake Development's real estate holding companies, providing oversight of portfolio strategy, capitalization, execution, and asset performance. Under his leadership, the firm has established a growing pipeline of development projects and continues to expand its presence in high-growth markets through a disciplined, relationship-driven approach to real estate investing and development.
