President of Self-Storage
Mike Vahle is president of self-storage at Third Lake Development, where he leads the origination, acquisition, entitlement and execution of Third Lake Development’s self-storage development pipeline. He oversees projects from initial opportunity sourcing through delivery, with a focus on strategic growth and disciplined pipeline execution. Mike is also on Third Lake Development’s investment committee.
Mike brings over 19 years of real estate development and executive leadership experience and excels at generating and delivering substantial pipelines of development projects. In total, Mike has developed over 9.6 million square feet of property valued at $1.5 billion.
