Moriah is responsible the origination, acquisition, entitlement and execution of Third Lake Development’s multifamily community development pipeline. She oversees projects from initial site sourcing through delivery, with a focus on strategic growth and disciplined project execution for the entire portfolio. Moriah has been involved in the development of 12,000 units in 16 cities over her 20 years of multifamily experience.
