Moriah Kosch is senior vice president of multifamily development at Third Lake Development, where she oversees the design and execution of Third Lake Development’s multifamily pipeline. She manages projects from initial site sourcing through delivery, with a focus on strategic growth and disciplined project execution.
Moriah has extensive experience in both urban and suburban markets, specializing in the Florida and Southeastern market. She has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 12,000 multifamily units over her 20-year career in real estate in addition to her 8 years as a practicing architect.
