President of Build-to-Rent
Robert Hogan is president of build-to-rent (“BTR”) at Third Lake Development, where he leads the origination, acquisition, entitlement and execution of Third Lake Development’s BTR community development pipeline. He oversees projects from initial opportunity sourcing through delivery, with a focus on strategic growth and disciplined pipeline execution. Robert is also on Third Lake Development’s investment committee.
Robert has over 30 years of experience in real estate and development.
