Third Lake Development, LLC ("TLV") is a premier full-service developer and active buyer of real estate in the southeastern United States. TLV’s team has over 60 years of combined experience.
TLV’s primary targets are class-A ground-up multifamily development opportunities, including three- and four-story surface parked, build-to-rent cottages, wrap-style multifamily and high-rise multifamily. TLV also develops three-story climate controlled self-storage facilities.
MEET THE TEAM

Heath Hawkins
President of Multifamily Development
Heath is responsible for originating, entitling, and executing upon the development of multifamily properties. Heath has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 9,000 multifamily units in 22 cities over his 17-year career.

Drew Jennewein
Managing Director, Capital Markets
Drew is responsible for raising institutional capital for development projects. He has an extensive real estate background in investment advisory and debt and equity placement, having closed over $2.5 billion in real estate transactions over the course of his career. Drew has over 12 years of experience.

Robert Tascione
Director of Construction
Robert is responsible for reviewing development and construction cost estimates, negotiating owner contractors, updating project schedules, conducting owner and subcontractor meetings, and submitting construction drawings for general contractor bids. Robert oversees the construction for single-family rental projects.

Scott Greenfield
Director of Development
Scott is responsible for leading the development efforts of single-family rental communities. He oversees entitlements, consultants, design, contract documents, permitting and construction design control. Scott manages consultants performing due diligence, provides input into civil and architectural design processes and handles permitting through the local municipalities.

Astin Moseley
Manager of Construction
Astin is responsible for managing the construction of single-family rental communities from permitting to project closeout. He oversees cost estimates, project scheduling, bid processes, owner meetings, land development and vertical construction.

Lauren Heald
Director of Asset Management
Lauren has over 18 years of experience in portfolio and property management. She oversees TLV’s projects throughout the various stages of design, development and leasing. Lauren is responsible for evaluating asset performance, managing financial metrics, and identifying opportunities for value enhancement through strategic planning and project execution.

Michelle Schultz
Admin Project Coordinator
Michelle supports the TLV team by overseeing document management, travel, scheduling and performing various other administrative and project related tasks.

Robert Hogan
President of Single-Family Development
Robert is responsible for originating, entitling, and executing upon the development and acquisition of single-family rental communities. Robert has over 30 years of experience in real estate and development.

Moriah Kosch
Vice President of Multifamily Development
Moriah is responsible for leading the development team to bring multifamily projects to fruition. She oversees entitlements, consultants, design, contract documents, permitting, and construction design control for the entire portfolio. Moriah has been involved in the development of 5,000 units in 12 cities over her 15 years of multifamily experience.

Jillian Japka
Director of Development
Jillian is responsible for leading the development efforts of multifamily communities. She oversees entitlements, consultants, design, contract documents, permitting and construction design control. Jillian manages consultants performing due diligence, provides input into civil and architectural design processes and handles permitting through the local municipalities.

Jonathan Aylor
Director of Development
Jonathan is responsible for leading the development efforts of self-storage communities. He oversees entitlements, consultants, design, contract documents, permitting and construction design control. Jonathan manages consultants performing due diligence, provides input into civil and architectural design processes and handles permitting through the local municipalities.

Jacob Baxter
Manager of Construction
Jacob manages the construction phase of self-storage projects, from design through project completion. He oversees day-to-day construction schedules and reviews pay applications, contract documents, change orders, project submittals and architectural and civil design. He also coordinates with the general contractor project team and the design team.

Lisa Massaro
Project Coordinator
Lisa is responsible for aiding in the management of due diligence, preliminary design requirements, entitlements, surveyors, closing schedule, contract deadlines, development coordination and project closeout.

Mike is responsible for originating, entitling, and executing upon the development of self-storage facilities. Mike has over 18 years of experience in real estate and development.

Adam Cagle
Director of Construction
